Project Description
ELEVEN18 is providing exterior designs for the existing assisted living buildings. The elevation redesign encompasses a new design for the porte cochere and all exterior features. In addition to the exterior redesign, the firm is designing a new four- story Independent living facility on the adjacent site for Phase II. The clubhouse will feature a pool, dining, and activity rooms.
