Project Description
This project features a brand new three-story residential building of approximately 82,020 ground square feet. ELEVEN18 designed the complete master plan of the site, concept, renderings, interiors and construction documents.
The facility consists of 83 apartments that offer convenient amenities such as a fitness room , activity area, a bistro and a lounge complete with a fireplace. Each apartment comes with a washer and dryer that help make for a comfortable experience.
