Project Description
This joint community consists of a 3-story independent living building and a 1-story assisted living building. The independent living holds 83 units (77,650 square feet) and there will be an estimated 60 units for assisted living (34,818 square feet).
The facility offers a pedestrian path that leads around a pond creating a serene atmosphere. The trail encourages outside activities for the independent residents.
