Project Description
This Senior Living site plan is a proposed work of 62,352 square feet. It is to feature three floors for independent living as well as 34 cottage homes. The independent living building will consist of 81 units, the units will be complemented by recreational amenities like a tv lounge, fitness room and pool area. The Kiawah Islands site is very natural and ELEVEN18 wants to incorporate that into its design. ELEVEN18 master-planned the senior cottage community interwoven around the historical trees as to not disturb the fragile, local environment.
