Project Description
This work is for a new two-story residential building of approximately 45,330 ground square feet. It Is a two-phase project. Phase one encompasses a two-story independent living building with 47 units, a community bistro, activity area, and several unit types for tenant and phase 2 will be an assisted living facility (60 units). While phase 2 is still in the concept phase, both facilities tie into the existing campus, Golden Pond.
