Project Description
ELEVEN18 is providing services for a senior living project which consists of 134,840 square feet of independent living units, assisted living units and a two-story clubhouse. The clubhouse will include a premium beauty salon, gourmet dining, a sports bar, and a roof top activity center with a bar. The assisted living building will feature amenities like an activity room, interior courtyard and a decontamination room for employees.
