Project Description
This 110,000sf ground-up multi-story self-storage building is located in Orlando, Florida on Sand Lake Road. This project was completed with a local developer and allowed us to grow our self-storage experience with this project within the Central Florida market as well as promote the Cubesmart flag. ELEVEN18 provided design development, construction documents and construction administration on this project.
