Kim McCann was born in St. Louis, MO and moved with her family around the Midwest before finding her way to Florida and matriculating at the University of Florida where she earned her Bachelors and Masters of Architecture.
During her career she has practiced architecture almost exclusively in Central Florida and has contributed to countless successful commercial projects through-out the region. Notable work includes the Apopka City Center (Apopka, FL), Stonehill Plaza (Oviedo, FL), and Winter Park Square (Winter Park, FL). She also spent several years as a professor of architecture at Seminole State College.
She has previously served as a member of the NAIOP Government Relations Committee, the Seminole County Planning and Zoning Board, was co-president of her local Parent Teacher Friends organization, and currently serves as a board member for the Global Mission Ministry. She is also involved with several charities and community organizations including Eckerd Kids, Salvation Army, St. Marks Academy, and the Brevard Zoo.
In addition to her Florida license, she holds several of ELEVEN18 Architectureโs twenty-four state licenses.
In her limited free time, she enjoys exploring the intercoastal with her husband and children.

Although born in New York, Mark Adams was raised in Pasadena, CA and studied architecture at the University of Southern California where he earned his Bachelors of Architecture.
He started his career in Los Angeles designing fully-accessible multi-family housing but soon moved on to work in various show design roles for Universal Studios. He contributed to the original Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man, the Incredible Hulk Coaster, and several other attractions in the United States and abroad. In 2005, Mark returned to practicing architecture and developed a strong reputation in commercial and residential development while still providing creative services to the themed entertainment industry.
He served as a member of the ICSC Next Gen Committee and, as a member of Rotary International, created and organized the Great Rotary Swan Boat Race fundraiser in Orlando, a light-hearted race that takes place in downtown Orlandoโs Lake Eola Park. He is also a member of ICSC, IAAPA, and the TEA.
Projects that Mark has contributed to have been acknowledged with the AIA Los Angeles Residential Merit Award, the Theme Entertainment Associationโs Best New Attraction and Best New Theme Park, and the Associated Builders and Contractorโs Eagle Award.
In addition to his Florida license, he holds licenses in California, Kentucky, and New Jersey.
Markโs spare time is spent playing poker, cycling and trying to give the illusion that heโs a decent golfer.
Neke White

Neke White was born in Louisville, KY, but spent her formative years in South Florida in the Miramar and Pembroke Pines areas. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from Broward Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Florida.
Since 2000, she has practiced in the Orlando area providing design services for a variety of commercial and hospitality projects including an exclusive VIP room at Universal Studios and Marcus Jordanโs Trophy Room at the new Disney Springs in Orlando. Designed as an homage to his father, Michael Jordan, the Trophy Room is the exclusive venue for Jordan memorabilia, clothing, and โ of course โ shoes.
She has served as a member of CREW and is currently a member of the Maitland Womenโs Club, is a board member for her local Parent Teachers Friends organization, and also volunteers as a troop leader for her daughterโs Girl Scouts Troop.
Her work has been recognized with the Keep Winter Park Beautiful Award, the ABC Excellence in Construction Eagle Award, and the NAIOP Green Building of the Year Award.
Neke enjoys spending her free time encouraging her daughterโs charitable efforts and trying to keep her son out of trouble.
