Kim Day McCann | AIA NCARB LEED-AP
Originally from St. Louis, Kim Day McCann is an award winning architect licensed in Florida, Georgia and the US Virgin Islands. She is also certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and is a LEED accredited professional.
She holds a Bachelors of Design and a Masters of Architecture from the University of Florida and a Certificate of Completion from the Vicenza Institute of Architecture in Italy.
She has practiced professionally in the Central Florida market since 2000 and is intimately familiar with local jurisdictions and the development community. During that time she has developed an in-depth knowledge of commercial projects and has used this knowledge to help projects such as Baldwin Park* (Orlando, FL), Veranda Park* (Orlando, FL) and Dellagio* (Orlando, FL) become successful. While these larger projects are note-worthy, she is also equally comfortable working on small tenant spaces or national anchor stores.
She is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a professor of architectural design at Seminole Community College.
She enjoys running and has a gigantic dog named Gossie.
